We're recruiting! With an immediate start for First line Helpdesk Support Engineers

Salary: £20000 - £26000 per annum
Job type: Permanent

Due to expansion, we need to increase our support team and we’re looking for experienced and service-focused first line helpdesk support engineers to provide excellent IT support to our education and corporate clients, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or remote control.

You must be extremely attentive and supportive to all our clients and deal with each request professionally and promptly, as in many cases, we act as the organisation’s outsourced IT department responsible for its business-critical IT applications and services.

An excellent telephone manner is essential, alongside a good knowledge of Microsoft servers, MS Exchange, MS SQL etc. In return, we offer an excellent working environment, competitive salary and benefits, and a commitment to training and development for all staff in line with our accreditation as a Microsoft Gold Partner and Preferred partner of HP.
